OZ5 Naked Options Selling System performance sample. The following system sample is based on the stock “MU,” or Micron Technology, an “old school” tech stock. You Can Use OZ5 on Whatever Stock You Want. We Use MU at that Point in Time as the Example
- Lower price stocks mean lower capital requirement
- We don’t like using leverage, margin when selling options and not using margin alone prevents most naked options disaster stories you have probably heard about from years past. It seems that the more idiotic a trading method was, the more popular it became in many cases over the past many decades.
- On that note… A lot of people buy trading books and courses almost entirely for the entertainment – they want to be amazed. Okay, that’s fine but may I suggest you buy trading systems that have netted out profit and have high probability of netting out a profit into the future that are also amazing, such as the systems we make and sell.
- The average ATM weekly option with 5 days left to expire to sell is.64 at the time of this writing.
- A 2-point gain in our favor will reduce our short premium to $.07, excluding time decay.
- We play momentum microswing breaks.
- If we get 2 points from the entry trigger, we close out the position on this stock for an approximate. 57 net on the naked
- We use stop losses set by a contingent order or with the option of defining max risk by placing a stop loss on the option itself.
- But with OZ5 you can make more money by combining this momentum trigger setup with selling options that are somewhat in the money (although make sure they have premium on them), and that is what we like to do. We like capturing in the money intrinsic profit points as well as any premium decay profits. And doing this puts another profit factor on your side in selling naked options.

+6.4 Total | 21 Weeks |
0.3 | Per week net or $300/week on 10 contracts of cheap |
Now 6.4 options points may seem small but that’s a 19% cash return for 5 months. Annualized that comes out to 15.36 naked options points of MU for a cash 47% Return for the year. Now that’s pretty good, especially for approximately 30 minutes of “work” per week.
But that’s a modes example. Using the example described above, you can go moderately ITM with premium and ride the momentum through the swing for maybe a 1 to 2 point average per week, off of this stock which was very slow at the time of that performance sample. 1 point net profit = $1000 a week.
You could play faster stocks and what if you averaged 5 points a week or $5000/week on 10 contracts.
